Coming to an End…

Hey Everyone-

Life has been pretty chaotic the last couple weeks, so I apologize for lacking in posting information! We have had a great last few weeks to our season and this week we are winding down! I can’t believe it is the last week of our season. It has been and AMAZING season! The High School team had a fantastic season and I enjoyed every minute of it. Sheena the new assistant coach was such a great addition to the team, she brought so much excitement and fresh energy to the team! Thank you Sheena for being such a HUGE help!!

We hosted JV conference last monday February 3rd. The team did great, and thank to everyone who volunteered and help make the event successful! On Thursday February 6th we had Varsity Conference at Simley High School. We came in 6th place with a team score of 111. We are now on to Sections tomorrow February 14th at Eagan High School. This is a tough meet, but extremely fun to be a part of. The gymnasts and the caliber of their routines is amazing to watch. The hard work that every gymnast has put in over the last 4 months is truly inspiring!

Our Flips for Kids classes for this season ended this week. We had a great turn out of parents coming to watch their daughters show their skills off. Thank you to all the families who enrolled their daughters into our program. It is a huge fundraiser for us and we love getting younger gymnasts involved in our program. We are hoping to be open this summer and offer classes for all ages and abilities for 6 weeks this summer! Stay tuned for updates and emails regarding summer gymnastics!

Lastly- here are some important dates for the High School Gymnasts and Families to be aware of!

February 14th- Sections at Eagan- Meet starts at 5pm
February 26th- GYM take down, leo and warm up turn in- 3:30pm
March 9th – 1pm- Banquet at Buca Di Beppo in St. Paul.

Winding down-

Hey Everyone –

Hope you had a nice weekend! It was a pretty pathetic Super Bowl Game, but good game for the SEAHAWKS!!

We are winding down with our season- I can’t believe we only have about 2 weeks left- Time flies when your having fun!!

Here is the schedule for the remaining weeks-

Monday-(Today) February 3rd-  JV Conference at Sibley! Starts at 6pm.
Tuesday Feb. 4th- Normal Practice
Wednesday Feb. 5th- Normal Practice (Last practice for JV)
Thursday Feb. 6th- Varsity Conference hosted at Simley- starts at 6pm
Friday- NO PRACTICE!

Next Week- Feb. 10th-14th
Monday February 10th- Practice Varsity Only
Tuesday February 11th- Practice Varsity Only
Wednesday February 12th – Practice Varsity Only
Thursday February 13th – LAST PRACTICE
Friday February 14th- SECTIONS at Eagan High School-
