We have our first Conference meet today at South St. Paul! Here is the information you should need.
– Bus will leave Henry Sibley at 4:30pm. Please be at Sibley ready to go no later than 4:20pm. If you are coming from Heritage, Friendly Hills or staying after school at Sibley you are welcome to come in teh gym and hang out till our bus comes. We will be doing homework, getting ready, and having snacks. All are welcome.
The meet against south st. Paul is actually at the South St. Paul Central Square Gymnastics Facility/Community Center

– When we arrive at South St. Paul- Warm up and stretching start around 5pm.
5:00- 5:30- Stretching/warm ups
5:30–5:50 : 1st timed warm up on Floor and Vault
5:50-6:10- 2nd timed warm up on Bars and Beam
6:15- March In
6:25- 3 minutes touch
6:30- Competition Begins.
